2. The source and bearer of sovereignty is the people. Sovereignty is exercised in the interest of the entire people by the supreme representative body of the republic's state power. 3. The Soviet Socialist Republic of Moldova is an indivisible unitary state. Rss borders. Moldova can only be exchanged based on mutual agreements between the SSR.
